Notes on this derived file (word-list-de.js):
- Generated 2026-08-10 by expanding the dictionary's stems + affix rules into every
  valid inflected word form (via the nspell library's dictionary-loading routine),
  then filtered to 2-7 letter alphabetic entries (matches this tool's 7-tile Scrabble
  rack cap) and deduplicated.
- Per GPL, this modified/expanded version remains under the same GPL terms. This
  notice and the original license terms travel with the file; anyone is free to
  copy/redistribute it under the same terms.
- Note on umlauts: real German Scrabble tiles treat Ä/Ö/Ü as distinct letters from
  A/O/U (not interchangeable, unlike French accents). This tool simplifies that for
  matching purposes -- since the letters field only accepts plain a-z input, ä/ö/ü
  are treated the same as a/o/u for tile-matching, same simplification as the other
  languages' diacritics. Not tournament-accurate, but fine for casual/fun use.
- This is a spell-check-derived word list, not an official German Scrabble
  dictionary. It may be missing some obscure valid Scrabble words and may include
  some proper nouns or forms that wouldn't count in real play.
