Privacy Policy

The short version

IgnioHQ's calculators and converters run entirely in your browser. When you enter a number, a date, or a letter combination into one of our tools, that information is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers — we don't have a database, we don't have user accounts, and we don't store what you type. The only exceptions are the third-party services described below (fonts and, once enabled, advertising), which work the way most websites' do.

What we collect

IgnioHQ has no sign-up, no accounts, and no contact forms that submit to a database. We don't collect names, emails, or the values you enter into any calculator. Our web host (and any content delivery network in front of it) automatically logs standard technical information common to virtually every website — things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and basic traffic analysis. We don't cross-reference these logs with anything else about you.

Cookies and third-party services

Google Fonts: our pages load typefaces from Google's font CDN (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font means your browser makes a request to Google, which can see the IP address making that request, per Google's own font-serving practices.

Advertising: IgnioHQ may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; IgnioHQ's calculators will keep working normally without them since none of our own functionality depends on cookies. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you generally have the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and to access or delete data held about you — for anything we control directly, that's covered above (we don't hold any); for Google's advertising data, use the opt-out link above.

Children's privacy

IgnioHQ is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes — the "last updated" date at the top will reflect that.
